Many people are experiencing problems with SafePaySolutions upgrades if they are using a credit card. I believe SafePay has implemented a new policy over the last couple of weeks where credit card payments (perhaps only the first one you do since the policy change) needs to be verified by phone. If you pay with SafePay using your creditcard and your account is not upgrade here at Fortune5Minutes, then that is probably the issue. You can verify this by looking at your transaction in SafePay. If beside the Transaction ID: it says in queue, then the transaction has not reached my account and SafePay has not sent the signal for the script to upgrade you. You will need to contact SafePay to have the transaction go through. Then you will need to contact us as SafePay's signal does not come through correctly the second time.
