1. How much does Fortune5Bucks Cost?
The only cost involved is one-time fee of $5 (plus fees dependent on payment processor used). There are no monthly fees and no additional costs ever.

2. Can I join for Free?
You can join for free, but in order to participate in our affiliate commission structure you must contact admin first to have your account activated. This can take up to 10 business days. Our product is providing advertising solutions and for this there is a cost of $5. To activate your account immediately all you have to do is purchase the advertising package and then you are instantly eligible to earn from our affiliate commission structure.

3. What payment processors do you take? Can I pay with my credit card?
Currently we take Alertpay, Egold, Liberty Reserve, SolidTrustPay and SafePaySolutions, which are all automatic, which means your account is updated immediately and you are activated. You can use your credit card though Alertpay, SolidTrustPay or SafePaySolutions. (NOTE Credit Cards are no longer accepted through SafePaySolutions here at F5B due to large costs of chargebacks - SPS charges companies $40 for a single chargeback on $6)

4. What do I get for my $5?
We provide advertising solutions for your $5 fee. These resources may change but include paid sources, like solo ads, banner or text link ads. You always get GREAT value for your $5.
Once you have paid for your advertising you are also immediately eligible to earn from our affiliate commission structure.

5. What is the monthly subscription cost to continue in Fortune5Bucks?
There are no monthly fees with F5B. We only charge the one time fee of $5 (plus ecurrency fees).

6. What is your policy on issuing refunds?
If you are not satisfied with the F5B program, you will receive a full refund by submitting a support ticket within 48 hours of your initial purchase. The refund will be to the original ecurrency account you purchased with.
If you have used any of the advertising resources provided to you, then there is no refund provided.

7. How quickly do you pay?
F5B will pay your commissions within 48 hours of you requesting payment.
As soon as you have $5 in your account you can request the withdrawal from the Cash History link in your members area.
Make sure your payment details are filled out properly.

8. Am I allowed to purchase multiple positions?
For Sure! For every position purchased you are eligible for more advertising packages.
We actually recommend it if you can afford it. If you buy 3 additional positions then you only need to fill your second level to get your first cycle! You can even use the same email address for all your positions - you just need individual usernames.

9. Where do my re-entries go and who is the referrer?
Your re-entry is a separate matrix which goes into your referrer's downline, with them still as your referrer.
Your re-entry does not go into the downline of your initial matrix - that matrix is now closed to you.

10. Can I get spillover in Fortune5Bucks?
The spillover is limited in F5B.
You can only get spillover from your direct upline and only to your first level.
Your second level needs to be filled either by yourself or by your 1st level downline.
This encourages all members to promote and also work as a team.

11. I just got an email saying "Your new enrollee has just become verified".
Why can't I see them in my downline?
To become verified only means that they have verified their email address. In order for them to enter your matrix and become visible they need to upgrade their account by paying their member fee of $5.

12. What if I do not want to participate in your affiliate program?
That is no problem at all. Our main focus is providing valuable advertising for a fair price. The affiliate program is just a bonus to help grow our business and those of our Advertising Partners.

13. Are you the same as Mega5Bucks?
No, we are a little different...
We do cycle a 3X2 matrix into Fortune5Minutes, as they did.
But... we also give payouts to the sponsoring members and to the cycling member even on their first cycle!
Recycled positions are different as well - they were one big matrix and cycled positions fell under the original. At F5B recycled positions are a new separate matrix under the original sponsor.

14. How am I placed into Fortune5Minutes?
You will follow your referrer in Fortune5Bucks into Fortune5Minutes.
If you cycle before them you are placed in the first available position in the F5B section of Fortune5Minutes.

15. How long will it take you to place me in Fortune5Minutes after I cycle?
We will attempt to place you within 48 hours, but will normally be much sooner.
We will place all members in the order they cycle though so no need to worry about how long it takes. You are placed under your referrer in F5B.

16. Can I take a second account in Fortune5Minutes with my second cycle instead of the cash to save fees?
Sure you can - just let us know and we will place a second account with your first one as the referrer. You can do this as often as you like.

17. What ecurrency do you use to pay for my Fortune5Minutes account? I think it affects how I get paid from there.
We pay for your account at F5M with the same ecurrency you pay into Fortune5Bucks with. If you use egold, we use egold, etc. We do need to get permission of admin at F5M to use SafePaySolutions or Alertpay, but this is not usually a problem.

18. I have cash available in my account. Can I use it to PIF for other members?
You sure can, just put in a support request. Say which member id(s) you want to upgrade and what your id is and we will handle the rest. You even save all transaction fees doing this, since there is no ecurrency provider involved. The cost is only $5 per position.

19. I already have a pre-exisiting Fortune5Minutes account. Will you be building my downline for that position?
Unfortunately No. Any pre-existing positions in Fortune5Minutes are not affected by positions added from F5B. We are totally separate section of the F5M Matrix.
